Distance.

It can be hard to be so far away from things.

I received a call from my sister today. She was on her way to the hospital to see my dad. He appears to have had a stroke. I know it may seem weird to talk about it on my blog - but it is my best friend in a way....

Getting back to the distance thing... there would be nothing I could do if I were in Seattle except wait and stew and think... at least here in New York I have many things to keep me occupied. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it goes.

We met tonight with Donald Sultan, he's an alumnus of SAIC... I told him about my Ann project - he wasn't too impressed... but his friends were. I had a good time anyways... Well, I'll keep you all updated.
