This morning on the Today show there is going to be segment on orchids. I own an orchid that lives in Seattle with my dog and her grandma. Her name (the Orchid) is Iris. I kept having a problem remembering what she was... not that I don't know the difference between and iris and an orchid, just my brain doesn't always catch up with my mouth. I've had three plants since I've moved to Chicago. Two out of the three are dead, the last one (a primrose) is going downhill fast. I think it's because I don't have a lot of sunlight in my apartment.
Today my sister is coming. I'm looking forward to seeing her.
