I've had a problem with controlling my food intake the past few days. I know I'm eating for reasons other than being hungry. I think I might just be really tired and not making the wisest choices. As always, I know what to do, I just have to do it.
Tonight for dinner I've had bridge mix and pistachio's... that's it. I think I need more fiber.... or more something... Sometimes I think if I could just make myself hurl that would be great! (okay, not great because that's just icky)...
I'm watching Oprah - it's a show on hoarders... I guess my life would be more challenging...
It's something to think about.
