Right now I'm icing the arm... it's a bit sore this morning - partially I think because I didn't ice it yesterday.

My throat is sore - now is not the time to get a cold. I have to train!

I got waxed yesterday and made appointments for other waxing to be completed later.

I wish I had more of a handle on video related things...
