I loosely figured out my points this morning for last week... I was in negative territory... I still lost weight though.
I don't usually count my daily walking as exercise, so maybe that's the key...
I don't know... I just got to keep moving.
I've been having hip problems for the past 2 days or so - I'm going to hit the chiropractor's office before I got to a massage/acupuncture appointment... nothing like making yourself feel better... I didn't even want to go to the gym this morning because my hip hurt... maybe I'll hit it after the chiropractor...
Oh well.... I should maybe do laundry now... I am running out of pants.
