It's all about the arms.

My prayers were answered this morning when I was sitting there in cycle class and who should I spy across the crowded gym??? IT WAS MR. ARMS!!!

I had one of the best classes ever.... my face didn't hurt, I only gained .2 pounds, and Mr. Arms was back. He left before I could say hi but I promise to you all that I will say hi the next time I have the opportunity.

Now I'm off to sit at the gallery for a few hours... then I don't know what I'll do. Possibly go visit my dog.

Things are looking up! Now if I could just figure out how to eliminate PMS....

Irritation...

These unsightly blemishes on my body are bringing me down. I suppose they will all be gone in a few weeks so I can wait it out. It's not like anyone ever sees me up close. (By this I mean staring at my belly)...

I think I could use a massage - yesterday I got a pretty good headache at work, not incapacitating but still bad enough that I needed to take three advil. I think it's all the stress I have at work(yeah, right).

Here is a list of things that are bringing me down this morning;

My bruised toenails.
Pasty white thighs.
Sore shoulders.
Lack of sleep.
Global Warming.

Oh yeah,

and my rash.

Today I have a ww meeting to look forward to and the elimination show of So You Think You Can Dance.

Good news, bad news...

the bad news is that I've woken up with a killer headache. The good news is that my favorite show starts tomorrow (okay, one of my favorite shows...)

The Office begins it's season. I am going to be making a special sign for my trip to the Today show tomorrow and wear my Office t-shirt. I think last season I posted about how much I like it. Now if I can just stay up for it.

Back to the headache. It one of those that is stuck in the back of your head behind the ears. My neck is a bit stiff as well. I took four ibuprofen so hopefully it should go away. It woke me up a few times during the night.

Well, since I got up early maybe I'll try to get an early start and a better place at the Today show.

Am I ready?

Probably not, but I'm going to run anyway. It's 51 degrees so I'm not too worried about freezing to death while I wait to start the race.

I have a bit of a headache, hopefully some coffee will take care of that... I'll check back in once the race is over.

Canceled Flights...

So my bad luck with fights continues... my flight back to Chicago was canceled... I am currently on hold (going on 18 minutes...) to see what my options are. I don't mind not getting canceled... but I was looking forward to sleeping in my own bed. I am in New York though... not too bad - and I have a place to stay.

Can I just say that this muzak I'm listening to is driving me crazy...maybe it's because I had a lack of caffeine headache this morning (which is gone...) but the memory lingers.

I'll keep you all updated on what's happening.

Okay... I'm on a flight out Monday evening...grr....
