Last night I managed to walk home from work.
It only took me and hour and a half including three stops. I didn't have to stop because my knee hurt - I had to stop because I got dizzy and sweaty. I think it's because I had a lack of protein. I've been doing that lately... not eating enough so that I get shaky and dizzy... it happened on Monday too... I also think it's because I'm addicted to Dots.

I've been eating them too much and not eating anything else in addition to them... it does not help create a balanced meal.
I am going to give them up cold turkey when I go to Vermont.
A whole month without Dots. I can do it. I'm sure of it.
