Overdid it.

I overdid it yesterday and ended up waking up at 4am with a very sore knee... part of it was I walked too much, part of it was I forgot to take my ibuprofen, part of it was the warmth of the apartment (it was like upper 70 degrees...)....

I had to hit the snooze button twice this morning...

Last night I met a friend of mine from school for dinner... it was nice to catch up.  I miss my Chicago friends a lot sometime... they gave me a sense of community that I just haven't found in Seattle... oh well.

Three and  half weeks until Vermont...  Maybe  I should start planning now...  I am so unprepared.

Now that my knee if on the road to recovery I think I'll have to rant about something else...  fun fun fun.
