Ow.

I woke up at 3am aching... 

Last night I took my very first shower without my leg covered up and it turned out pretty well...  I took some of the tape off the incisions last night and it doesn't look too bad.  I didn't remove it from the major incisions site because it hurt a little bit...  I'll just wait.

today?  WW, "teaching" cycle (look out upturned garbage can), and then maybe going to one of my friends big brother clothing party...  I'm not having one this season because I have no money...

then I shall ice and elevate the knee...  it's always the same...  maybe someday I'll be able to bend my leg past 90 degrees...
