I am guessing that I gained about 4 pounds this weekend...
I think it's just a stage (I hope it's just a stage)...
I have to figure something out to kick myself out of this complacency... I need something new.
Yesterday morning I did manage to run my first race since I started taking care of my feet... they actually didn't feel too bad... I didn't die and I think I might be on the road to recovery.
I don't have much planned this week - just the normal things... work, teach, sleep, work, teach, sleep...
over and over and over and over
until I die...
