I ate too many bad things last night and I slept horribly.... today will be better.
I kept waking up because of my arm and hip... the arm is residual from my tendonitis - during my massage I had it worked on... it just aches... the hip is just out of whack.. I'm hoping it will be manageable until I get back from Chicago... I should probably load up on the advil before I go...
Okay, enough whining...
Today I need to pack and get things ready so I can go in the morning... I am going to try to go to my sisters house to watch the Superbowl.
I have freshly waxed armpits so I might go sleeveless during class today... Living on the edge... that's me!
arrrgh.
