It's the day to sing my favorite hymn...

regular readers of my blog should know by now that my favorite hymn is Christ the Lord is Risen Today. If I HAD gone to church I would have sung it. But alas, I did not go. I guess I'll just have to go on Christmas... come to think of it I didn't go last year on Christmas because it was canceled because of the snow.

Hmmmmm.....

Anyways, I slept in until 7:45 this morning... what is up with that? I did wake up at 5:37 though and got up for a few minutes. I came to my senses though and went back to bed.

My family is coming over this afternoon for dinner. We're having turkey and potato salad.

I'm feeling better today - now that my friend Rachel is doing as well as can be expected (as far as I know) I feel more optimistic.

Tomorrow I am looking at studio space... I don't know if I can really afford it, but I don't think I can not afford to do it. It will kick my butt into gear.

I hope everyone has a Happy Easter (or should I say Hoppy Easter?)... bite some heads off of chocolate bunnies for me.

Ha Ha Ha! I am sooooo funny. Okay, maybe not.

If you are one of my dedicated readers (all six of you)... you will know that today I will go to church and I will sing my favorite hymn "Christ the Lord is Risen Today". I think I posted link to it a few years back so if you want to dig through my old posts you can hear it. Last year I went to see Blades of Glory and then had an exciting dinner from the hot food bar at Whole Foods. This year the whole family's coming over to our house.

The opening last night was good... I didn't hurt myself too much in cycling class and I am starting a house sitting gig tonight. It should be fun. I should be able to come to you all in living wifi... I've got to get around to getting a faster connection here at home.

Uhhh... that's about it, I have to work on a grant application now.

a day without blogging

is like a day without sunshine. Okay, it wasn't that bad.. I did however go to bed at 9:30.

Today I started a new tradition. Going to a movie on Easter. I went to see Blades of Glory this morning. I give it a thumbs up. Worth six bucks....

This is the first Easter I haven't gone to church in a long time... kind of weird but I'll be okay.

I got a very nice invitation from Tonguethruster to go over to her place to dye easter eggs... I didn't actually go, but I appreciate the invitation.

This afternoon I think I will walk back to my place and work off that movie popcorn.
